THE TENNIS FARM DIRECTIONS

CENTER CITY PHILADELPHIA, PA

Friends Select School
95 North to 676 West, Broad Street exit (you can only go one way off the exit ramp). At 1st light turn right onto Vine Street; at 2nd light turn left onto 17th Street; at 2nd light turn left onto Race Street. Friends Select is on your right. At end of the block there is a walled parking lot on the right just before the intersection of Race Street and 16th Street.

CHESTNUT HILL, PA

Springside School
From Borders Bookstore - take Germantown Avenue east towards the city about 1.5 miles. At Willow Grove Avenue take a right. Go about 3/4 mile -- dead ends onto Cherokee Street. Take a right. Pull into the small parking lot on your right and walk across the baseball fields to the courts (can be seen from parking lot).

From Manayunk/City Line - Go over the bridge. Get on to Lincoln Drive. Take Lincoln Drive to McCallum Street; left on McCallum. Go 2 miles to stop sign. Right turn keep moving - go to the right. First stop sign (almost immediately) is Cherokee. Make a left. Cherokee will take you to Springside School, 1/4 mile on the left. Small parking lot on right. (see above)

From Main Street in Manayunk - Main Street - east toward city and follow signs to Kelly Drive. Before you get to Kelly Drive, take the Lincoln Drive exit. Follow the directions above to Springside School.

From Center City (takes about 25 minutes) - Center City to Schuylkill Expressway, west towards Valley Forge. Exit at Lincoln Drive Exit (next to City Line). Take Lincoln Drive through Fairmount Park. Stay on Lincoln Drive for 2 or 3 lights. Once you are out of the park, turn left on McCallum Street (next street after Green Street). Go to the end of McCallum. Just after crossing the bridge, take a right onto West Mermaid Lane. Immediate left onto Cherokee Street. Go 3 blocks. Cross over Willow Grove Avenue. You are still on Cherokee Street. You will see a parking lot on the right. The tennis courts are across the baseball fields.

POTTSTOWN, PA

Hill School
From Valley Forge - Take 422 West to the 1st Pottstown exit, which is Armand Hammer Blvd. At the end of the exit ramp, bear right (north) onto Armand Hammer Blvd. And travel approximately 6/10th of a mile to the third traffic light (High Street). Turn left at this light. Turn right onto Beech Street at the light. Look for the tennis courts on your right about 1 mile up the road. The Hill School driveway will be on your left.

RADNOR, PA

Radnor High School
If coming south on the Blue Route (476), stay in the right lane (30 East) and immediately upon exiting, get all the way in the left lane and turn at the light onto King of Prussia Road. RHS is on the left ** Drive straight on back- you will dead end at the courts (so it is better to pull immediately into one of the parking spots and walk along the sidewalk to the courts.

If coming north on the Blue Route (476), cross straight across onto King of Prussia Road. RHS is on your left. See ** above.

Directions to Ithan Elementary School (695 Clyde Rd, Bryn Mawr, PA) from Radnor High School

Start out going South on King of Prussia Rd toward E Lancaster Aven/US 30 - 0.1 mi
Turn Left onto E Lancaster Ave/US-30 - 0.3 mi
Turn slight right onto Sproul Rd/PA-320 - 2.3 mi
Turn LEFT onto Clyde Road - 0.4 mi
Turn right up long driveway to Ithan Elementary School; courts are on your left

WILMINGTON, DE

Sanford School
Directions from Wilmington: Take Route 48 North or Route 141 to Route 48 North
Take Route 48 North about 4 miles until 48 becomes Route 41 North (at 3 way light)
Go another l/4 mile on 41 North - get in left turn lane
Make left turn into Sanford School at the blinking light

Directions from South-Eastern Pennsylvania
Take Route 1 to Route 41 South
Take Route 41 past the state line and into Hockessin
Sanford School will be on the right

Directions from Newark
Take Papermill Rd (route 72) to Route 7 North
Turn left onto Route 7 North
Go to second light and turn right on Brackenville Rd
Go about 2 miles and turn right on Route 41
Go about l/4 mile and Sanford School will be on right

Directions from I-95
Take Exit 5 - 141 North about 3 miles to Route 48 North
Make a left on Route 48 North
Go about 4 miles until Route 48 becomes Route 41 North (at 3 way light)
Go another l/4 mile on 41 North - get in left turn lane
Make left turn into Sanford School

MIDDLETOWN, DE

Saint Andrews School
From Philadelphia and the North: Take I-95 South into Delaware. If you are coming from New York City, you will enter Delaware going over the I-295 Delaware Memorial Bridge. Continue on I-95 South towards Baltimore. Exit at 4-A (sign to Christiana Mall) and follow signs to Route 1 South. Stay on Route 1 going over the bridge with the yellow arches and continue through the tollbooth ($1 weekdays, $2 weekends). Remain on Route 1 South until Route 299 (Middletown/Odessa Exit). Take a right onto Rte. 299 towards Middletown. At the second light, turn left onto Silver Lake Road. Proceed until it ends at Noxontown Road. Cross Noxontown Road and enter through the stone pillars. Park in the circle in front of Founders Hall.

For visiting Crew teams, please proceed on Noxontown Road over the bridge and turn into the second entrance on the right into the gated Rodney Point Picnic Grounds.

From Washington, DC:

Go east on Rt. 50 over the Bay Bridge until it intersects with Rt. 301. (Middletown is approximately 1 hour from the Bay Bridge). Continue on 301 North into Delaware. One half mile past 301 Hess Truck Stop you will come to a traffic light with a Lowes on the right; turn right at the light onto Rt. 299 East. Continue on 299 through the center of Middletown. At the fourth light take a right onto Silver Lake Road. Proceed until it ends at Noxontown Road. Cross Noxontown Road and enter through the stone pillars. Park in the circle in front of Founders Hall. For visiting Crew teams, please proceed on Noxontown Road over the bridge and turn into the second entrance on the right into the gated Rodney Point Picnic Grounds.

From Baltimore and the South:

Take I-95 North to Delaware state line. About 1 mile after tollbooth, exit onto Rt. 896 South; continue on Route 896 for 10 miles to a traffic light where the road becomes Rt. 301/71. (Do not turn left where sign points 896 to Rt. 13.) Continue through the traffic light for 3 miles to the next light. Immediately after Dunkin Donuts bear to the left. Go left across railroad tracks until you reach the third traffic light in the center of town. Turn left onto Main Street, Route 299 East. At the third light take a right onto Silver Lake Road. Proceed until it ends at Noxontown Road. Cross Noxontown Road and enter through the stone pillars. Park in the circle in front of Founders Hall.
